Q: What is the current range of assessments?

A: Depending on type of the unit the assessments are varied from $316 to $435

Q: What services are covered by assessments?

A: Maintenance and repairs of common grounds and buildings exteriors. These services include grounds keeping, snowplowing, buildings sidings and roofs repairs, asphalt and concrete repairs.

Q: Is there a clubhouse or swimming pool in the association?

A: No

Q: Are pets allowed on the property?

A: Yes.

Q: How many cars per household are allowed?

A: Two. Both non-commercial vehicles should be parked in the garage or driveway

Q: Could a unit be rented out?

A: No, only home owners are allowed to live in the unit

Q: Is parking allowed on Tall Pine Drive or Bavarian Lane?

A: Yes, but subjected to ticketing by the Darien Police Department if parked overnight
